On March 15, 2012, I appeared before the Senate of Canada’s Standing Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs to discuss Bill C-19, the long-gun registry and the state of gun control in Canada.
In this brief clip, I have the last word in the session and use it to respond to the claim by Ms. Wendy Cukier (President, Coalition for Gun Control) that examples of otherwise law-abiding citizens being arrested and charged under the Firearms Act were purely “hypothetical”.
